About the course:

This course will advance the lubrication knowledge and expertise of your Maintenance team Based on the ICML ‘International Council for Machinery Lubrication’ Body of Knowledge for Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT) and Machinery Lubrication Analyst (MLA), this hands-on course is designed to give you not just the theory but practical tools you can use to help transform your lubrication program. 
Built as a continuation of MLT-I, the ML-II course prompts analyzing machines for wear symptoms and selection of lubricants and additives to counteract or prevent damage. Machinery Lubrication II (MLT-II) covers advanced lubrication topics like lubricant selection, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance and more. Professionals who already understand the benefits and potential in excellent lubrication practices will greatly benefit from the “big picture” aspect of MLT-II; gaining the tools to make comprehensive improvements in the workplace that save big on time, money, and even storage space and training resources. Students will be prepared to take the ICML Level II Machinery Lubrication Technician certification exam

Over 20 years, Roy has instructing certification training courses in ‘Machinery Vibration Analysis’ (level I–II-III) & Machinery Lubrication (level I–II). He is certified level III vibration analyst (Vibration Institute) and Level II Lubrication Analyst (MLT/MLA II) (ICML). His experience spans more than three decades in various industrial sectors with senior engineering and reliability roles and strong work experience/portfolio in plant’s Condition Monitoring & Reliability.

  • Course Registration Fee is C$2500 for in-person (in-class) and for Live Online.
